THE LIVING WATERS BRANCH OF RIGHTEOUSNESS

To commemorate the 150 year anniversary of the Great Day of Atonement which began on October 22, 1844 and extended to October 22, 1994, completing three full Jubilee or fifty year cycles. At each Jubilee Year, the Lord promises to wipe away all our debts and to restore to us our land and our inheritance. May the Lord of Hosts set us free from the slavery of sin and the bondage of sickness and death and restore to us His Righteousness and Glory, the Shekinah, and thereby, may He return to us our inheritance, the First Dominion, as it was in the beginning before Adam and Eve sinned and lost their covering of Glory.

This book was first started to be written at Passover 1981 and it's content was continually added to as the Spirit progressively revealed the ideas and concept of the Heavenly Family to the writer and messenger. Major dates of revelation and expansion were 1981, 1984, 1990 and 1993. This message of The Revelation of Jesus Christ and His Righteousness was both a warning and a judgment during the purification of the church from Her apostate leadership. This timely message continues to judge the church's membership and laity to this day as the truth of Christ's Righteousness, the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, determines whether or not believers are producing the fruit of the Spirit by allowing Her to rule their lives as they let Her dwell in their body temple and direct their path daily. The Righteousness of Christ is imparted by faith in this manner and it produces the good fruit of Righteousness in verity as the Holy Spirit is accepted and allowed to profoundly influence and direct the lives of those that believe. This Revelation of Jesus Christ as the fulness of the Godhead bodily will eventually do it's work in the individual and collectively in the Body of Christ. We shall be like Him, as we become His anointed (begotten) sons and daughters - Branch Davidians in verity!

About The Picture On The Cover

"As Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up; that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." – John 3:14, 15

"When the children of Israel were passing through the wilderness toward Canaan, they brought upon themselves the judgments of God by murmuring and complaining. They were bitten by fiery, poisonous serpents of the wilderness, and were smitten with death. A messenger came through the camp, with the news that a remedy had been provided. By the direction of Christ a brazen serpent had been lifted up, and those who would but look upon it would be healed. When this messenger was announced, some of the sick and dying did not accept it. Here and there throughout the camp were heard the words, "It is impossible for me to be healed, because I am in such a dreadful condition. Those who are not in so bad a state as I am, may, perhaps, look and live." Others thought they had a remedy of their own that could cure the poisonous bite of the serpent; but only those who accepted the message and looked to the brazen serpent were healed. This serpent represented Christ. He says, "As Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up."

Man is poisoned by sin; but a remedy has been provided for the fallen race in the Lamb of God that taketh away the sin of the world. Every hope that we have of salvation out of Christ is a vain hope. We cannot dishonor our Savior more than by doubting that he will save us. Whatever may have been our life of transgression, however deep may be the stain of our sin, there is One who is able to save to the uttermost all that come unto God by him. Jesus is the remedy for sin. We may have intellect, but human intelligence can devise no way of salvation; we may have earthly possessions, but that will not provide a ransom for the sin of our soul. Salvation is the gift of God through Christ, and the promise is, "Whosoever believeth on him shall not perish, but have eternal life.

"It is not enough to have a nominal faith. We must have faith that will appropriate the life-giving power to our souls. We suffer great loss because we do not exercise simple, living faith in Christ. We should be able to say, "He is my Savior; he died for me; I look to him as my complete Savior and live." We are to look to Christ day by day. We are to regard him as our example in all things. This is faith. The true believer in Christ is represented by a branch connected with a living vine. The sap and nourishment of the vine extends through every vein and fiber of the branch, and thus the branch becomes knit with the life of the vine, and bears precious fruit. Every soul that abides in Christ will do the works of Christ. Those who love God will keep his commandments; for Christ has said, "I have kept my Father's commandments." Jesus made an infinite sacrifice in leaving his majesty, to come to a fallen world, that he might lift up sinful man; and everyone that is connected with Christ, as the branch is united with the vine, will manifest the spirit of his Redeemer.

"We honor our Lord and Master when we place implicit confidence in him. If we distrust the message that he has sent us, we shall be in a position similar to that of the Israelites who were bitten by the fiery serpents, but who would not look and live. If we accept the message of love that has come to us in invitations, exhortation, and reproof, it will prove life and healing to our souls.-- The Signs of the Times, March 10, 1890, Look and Live, E. G. White

The message contained in this book is about the One who the "brazen serpent" symbolized as it was raised high so that all might look upon it and live. All have been bitten by that old serpent, Satan, and have been poisoned by the venom of his falsehoods and deceptions. But when we look upon Jesus Christ the Second Adam as He hung on the cross and fell into the sleep of eternal death, we see His Divine Glory and Helpmate come forth from His body Temple to bring healing and Salvation to all who will look and see His Healing Grace and Mercy shine forth, and receive Him as the fullness of the Godhead bodily. He unselfishly traded His Glory and Righteousness for our corruption and unrighteousness. He gave us His Love and His eternal Life! Read on and see Him revealed as never before.Look upon Him and be healed!

PREFACE

The Message of His Healing Grace met much opposition in 1888. Will the Revelation of Jesus Christ and His Righteousness found in the pages of this book also meet much opposition? We are living in the time of the Judgment for the Living, when the Lord comes in Judgment, as a thief in the night, to separate the righteous from the unrighteous, the wheat from the tares in the church. He comes to impart His robe of righteousness through the Holy Ghost. All those that have accepted and are living up to present truth, those that are "sighing and crying for the abominations" done in the church and in their own lives, will receive the seal of God on their foreheads and be prepared to go into the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. Those that are foolish virgins and have not received the "extra oil" will be cast into outer darkness; out of the purified church. It behooves us to be open-minded, sincerely praying and searching that we might acquire this "extra oil" - additional truth and power to take us into the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.

RESPONDING TO "NEW LIGHT"

If someone came to you with what seemed to be new light, how would you respond? If it seemed plausible, would you accept it without carefully studying it for yourself? Or would you reject it simply because it presented requirements which would be a burden, or cause you to be "a peculiar people"? Let us not measure that which claims to be truth by our own logic or convenience, but rather by God's Word.

"Truth is eternal, and conflict with error will only make manifest its strength. We should never refuse to examine the Scriptures with those, we have reason to believe, desire to know what is truth as much as we do. Suppose a brother held a view that differed from yours, and he should come to you, proposing that you sit down with him and make an investigation of that point in the Scriptures; should you rise up, filled with prejudice, and condemn his ideas, while refusing to give him a candid hearing?

"The only right way would be to sit down as Christians and investigate the position presented, in the light of God's Word, which will reveal truth and unmask error. To ridicule his ideas would not weaken his position in the least if it were false, or strengthen your position if it were true. If the pillars of our faith will not stand the test of investigation, it is time that we knew it. There must be no spirit of pharisaism cherished among us. When Christ came to His own, His own received Him not; and it is a matter of solemn interest to us that we should not pursue a similar course in refusing light from heaven.

"We must study the truth for ourselves. No living man should be relied upon to think for us. No matter who it is, or in what position he may be placed, we are not to look upon any man as a perfect criterion for us. We are to counsel together, and be subject to one another; but at the same time we are to exercise the ability God has given us to learn what is truth. Each one of us must look to God for divine enlightenment. We must individually develop a character that will stand the test in the day of God. We must not become set in our ideas, and think that no one should interfere with our opinions.-- Counsels to Writers and Educators, p 44-45.

"The Jews tried to stop the proclamation of the message that had been predicted in the Word of God; but prophecy must be fulfilled. The Lord says, "Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD:" (Mal 4:5). Somebody is to come in the spirit and power of Elijah, and when he appears, men may say, 'You are too earnest, you do not interpret the Scriptures in the proper way. Let me tell you how to teach your message.'

"There are many who can not distinguish between the work of God and that of man. I shall tell the truth as God gives it to me, and I say now, If you continue to find fault, to have a spirit of variance, you will never know the truth. Jesus said to His disciples, "I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now" (John 16:12). They were not in a condition to appreciate sacred eternal things; but Jesus promised to send the Comforter, who would teach them all things, and bring all things to their remembrance, whatsoever He had said unto them. Brethren we must not put our dependence in man...If there is a point of truth that you do not understand, upon which you do not agree, investigate, compare scripture with scripture, sink the shaft of truth down deep into the mine of God's Word. You must lay yourselves and your opinions on the altar of God, put away your preconceived ideas, and let the spirit of Heaven guide you into all truth.

"My brother said at one time that he would not consider the doctrine we hold, for fear he should be convinced. He would not come to the meetings, or listen to the discourses; but he afterward declared that he saw he was as guilty as if he had heard them. God had given him opportunity to know the truth, and He would hold him responsible for this opportunity. There are many among us who are prejudiced against the doctrines that are now being discussed. They will not come to hear, they will not calmly investigate, but they put forth their objections in the dark. They are perfectly satisfied with their position. "Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked: I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eye salve, that thou mayest see. As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent." -- Rev 3:17-19

"This scripture applies to those who live under the sound of the message, but who will not come to hear it. How do you know but that the Lord is giving fresh evidences of his truth, placing it in a new setting, that the way of the Lord may be prepared? What plans have you been laying that new light may be infused through the ranks of God's people? What evidence have you that God has not sent light to His children? All self-sufficiency, egotism, and pride of opinion must be put away. We must come to the feet of Jesus, and learn of Him who is meek and lowly of heart. Jesus did not teach His disciples as the rabbis taught theirs. Many Jews came and listened as Christ revealed the mysteries of salvation, but they came not to learn; they came to criticize, to catch Him in some inconsistency, that they might have something with which to prejudice the people. They were content with their knowledge, but the children of God must know the voice of the True Shepherd. Is this not a time when it would be highly proper to fast and pray before God? We are in danger of variance, in danger of taking sides on a controverted point, and should we not seek God in earnestness, with humiliation of soul, that we may know what is truth?" -- 1 Selected Messages, p 413-414.

Our prayer is that you will read and study the material in this book as if you were searching for buried treasure. Be sincere and humble before the Holy Ghost, and you will be led into all truth concerning Jesus Christ and His Righteousness. May the Spirit that inspired this study give you knowledge, wisdom and understanding. If it is from the Lord you will know it. May the Lord of Hosts be with you as you study this message of "The Revelation of Jesus Christ and His Righteousness."

THE REVELATION OF

JESUS CHRIST AND HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS:

THE LOUD CRY OF THE SEVENTH ANGEL

 INTRODUCTION

The purpose of this study is to compile information found in the Scriptures and the Spirit of Prophecy to arrive at a deeper understanding of the imputed and imparted Righteousness of Christ as given in "The Message of His Healing Grace".

This Message was first brought forth in 1888 at the General Conference Meeting in Minneapolis, Minnesota, at which time it was rejected and made fun of by the majority present.

EGWATJEJW

The message was not fully given at this time; a result of the opposition it suffered from the ministry and laity alike. The light that was given needed to be fully understood and lovingly received before the Spirit of Prophecy could reveal any more light on the subject of Christ's Righteousness. Therefore, this message is destined to be repeated in its fullness in the end, at the time of the closing work of the Atonement. In spite of opposition, the message will finally accomplish the work it was predestined to do in the hearts of the people of God.

The righteous character of Christ is to be perfectly reproduced by the truth and power that accompanies this message. As this truth is received by earnest church members, it will have a deep impact on each individual. The Lord will pour out His Spirit upon them in truth and in power. As they receive His Spirit in truth, they will be infused with His power and prepared to stand before His Judicial Throne, perfectly reflecting the righteousness of His sinless character.

Great power and glory will attend the Mighty Angel who brings this last message and warning to the inhabitants of the earth. The Angel began to descend from heaven in 1888 to join the third Angel and give power and force to his message. This union was not accomplished since the ministry, representing the third angel, refused his revelation. Because of their refusal of this message, it was not fully revealed; consequently, the message was unable to finish the work in His people.

Since this mighty Angel of Revelation 18 lightens the whole earth with His Glory, the message He brings must be about the fullness of the Glory of Christ. This revelation prepares a people to stand in the last hour, uniting their voices as they give the loud cry to the world, "Come out of her My people."

Christ will pour out His power and glory upon the repentant waiting saints who have received and fearlessly share with others the message the mighty Angel brings. Those who put away their own ideas and accept the light this mighty Angel brings, will receive the impartation of His Glory, the indwelling of His Spirit.

Many will rise up against this complete revelation of Jesus Christ. They will wrestle with this mighty Angel as Jacob wrestled through the night with one whom he thought was an adversary but was actually the Lord Himself. Those that do prevail with this Angel will be blessed with His Glory. However, there is a price to pay: all must die to self. All must put away their own preconceived ideas, habits and practices and be revived and reformed by the message and the power this Angel brings.

This Messenger will bring understanding and repentance to the sincere and will give them power to overcome sin in their lives and to purify their characters. When His Shekinah Glory rests upon them, the power of the Lord will dwell in them. They will rejoice and be glad, for He shall pour out His Spirit on all flesh and the whole earth will be lightened with His Glory.

This is the time of the latter rain when the fruit is ripened for the harvest. A time when the wheat and the tares will bring forth fruit. The wheat will bear fruit of righteousness while the tares will bring forth their fruit of unrighteousness. The same rain or message will ripen both companies in the church. There will be many that will oppose the revelation of Christ's Glory and the impartation of His righteousness.

Many will say that this message is not of God, but of the devil. They will rise up against it and its proponents. This opposition will cause a "great shaking" in the church. Many will be shaken out to join the ranks of Sunday-keepers who will oppose and attempt to destroy the Sabbath-keeping Remnant.

The impartation of power and glory from this mighty Angel will bring forth a pure Remnant, the True Church of Jesus Christ restored to Her Apostolic purity. It will be as the Day of Pentecost when He sent His Spirit, the Shekinah Glory, to rest upon the 120 first fruits that were in one place and in one accord on Mount Zion in Jerusalem.

This glorious event will mark the establishment of a nation of kings and priests; a kingdom and a church; a holy people who will have Yahshua their Messiah and His Glory, the Holy Ghost, dwelling in their midst. This righteous nation of God will be a light to the Gentile world and will teach the heathen round about them the ways of the Lord. The Remnant will go forth "fair as the moon and clear as the sun and terrible as an army with banners, going forth throughout the earth conquering and to conquer", bringing Healing Grace and Salvation wherever Her Living Waters flow. It is the Day of the Lord's Judgment and the Day of Salvation.

Let us now examine the Message this Mighty Angel brings to the church of the Laodiceans – a people preaching judgment. We need to understand Who this heavenly Messenger is and what the light and glory is that He imparts to bring power and force to the Third Angel's Message. We must know what this Angel is saying and understand the work He is doing, so that we will not miss the impartation of the righteousness of Christ. The Spirit and power of Elijah, the Holy Ghost, shall restore all things that were divinely instituted; even the glorious garment of righteousness Adam and Eve wore before they sinned.

Let us as little children with open minds and teachable hearts come before our Father to learn of Him and His Righteousness. May His Spirit witness to your heart of hearts as you prayerfully read through this study. Remember the words of Scripture found in Revelation chapter 3:

"And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God; I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth. Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked: I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eye salve, that thou mayest see. As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent. Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne. He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches." -- Revelation 3:14-22.
